Rating Real Madrid's Signings of 2020 Season

The 2019-20 season of La Liga finished few days ago as Real Madrid lifted their 34th la liga title.
Real Madrid spent huge amount of money before the start of the season as they looked to replace the top goalscorer of Real Madrid across all competitions 'Cristiano Ronaldo'.

1. Eden Hazard

The Belgian winger made his move to Los Blancos from Chelsea for a mammoth amount of $113.34 million after starring in premier league for seven years in Chelsea colours.
The winger was supposed to fill in the boots of Cristiano after the departure of the former to Italian giants Juventus.
But the season didn't went in the way of the player as he only made 16 appearances in the league finding the net only 1 time and providing assists 7 times in the league.
The season of the player was disrupted continuously by injuries missing the most games of the season as the player is looking forward to make his mark in the next season.

The French left back signed for Real Madrid for total of $53 million from Olympique Lyon in 2019 .
The defender's season went well as he made 31 appearances across all competitions for the Los Blancos averaging 1.3 tackles, 0.9 interceptions and 1 clearance per game.
We can say that he was one of the most influential players for Real Madrid this season as he gave competition to the first choice left back Marcelo and gave solid performances whenever required.

The young teenager signed from Santos to Real Madrid for $50 million because of the potential and skills of the talented forward.
The right winger's first season at bernabeau left some mixed feelings as he scored hat-trick against Galatasary in Champions League but hasn't looked sharp since that game.
The player made 25 appearances for the club scoring 7 times and providing 2 assists this season.

The Serbian 'Goal Machine' signed for Real Madrid for a fee of around $67 million from Eintract Frankfurt in 2019.
The Serbian's first season at Real Madrid was not so impressive as he made 26 appearances for the club scoring 2 goals and providing 2 assists this season.
The Serbian didn't lived upto his expectations as the rumours are also that clubs like A.C Milan and Leicester City are monitoring his situation at Real Madrid for a possible move away from Real Madrid.

The Brazilian Centre-Back signed for Real Madrid from FC Porto for a fee of around $55 million in January 2019.
The defender made 19 appearances for Real Madrid across all competitions averaging 1.6 tackles, 1.3 interceptions and 2.7 clearances per game in his first season.
The defender looks promising as he was solid in the defence of the Real Madrid and appear to be the worthy successor of the Real Madrid Captain Sergio Ramos.

Out of all signings Ferland Mendy lived upto his expectations and is looking like he might be the first choice left-back over Marcelo for Zidane next season.
